About us

Headz1st Barber Institute was established in 2013 and is located in Sterling, Virginia. We focus on giving our students the basic skills and knowledge needed to perform and pass the State Board Practical and Theoretical Barber examination. By offering the community Student Barber hair cuts for $5.00, we're able to provide our Barber Students a hands on learning experience.

Along with providing services to the community, our hope is to continue to educate and provide career opportunities in the Barbering profession.

The Barber School offers Theorical and Practical learning styles. Headz 1st offers a different approach about barbering, giving students the knowledge and understanding on how it is to own and build your own business.

Enrollment Requirements

All students must have completed High School or equivalent in order to attend Head 1st Barber Institute.

We offer open enrollment year round.
